Welcome to the 2017-18 Olathe South Orchestra school year!  This year the orchestra students in grades 10-12 will have the opportunity to travel to Chicago.  The trip will include a performance at Chicago's Field Museum, a clinic at the VanderCook College of Music, and performance of the Chicago Symphony.  We will also continue our tradition of the Halloween Concert on October 31st, encouraging our students to sign up and volunteer for this event including costumes for all participating.  Also, we are excited to announce that the Orchestra will partner with the Theater department to produce It's a Wonderful Life Radio Show!  There will be two performances, December 8-9, and tickets will be available online and at the door.  Finally, our freshmen will continue to enjoy their annual Branson Trip in the spring.  Please check back often to this site for updated information and news about the orchestra.
